Recalls and Customer Service Bulletins
  A TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) does not mean that Ford will perform service for free. It is simply a bulletin to dealer service departments, and may be coincident with a recall or free service program, so do not expect your dealer to "correct" all of the TSBs on your car for nothing.

your vehicle(s) for free and find out whether there are any outstanding recalls
on them. However, you can't get general TSB and recall information.
