Some SHO owners like to fill in the recessed "Taurus SHO" and "SHO" lettering on the door moldings and rear bumper valance. This can be done by painting. An alternative is to apply adhesive vinyl films to the same areas.

A company called Bob White Decals (full address below) offers these decals in both reflective 3M Scotchlite and non-reflective 3M tapes. They are already cut to fit the engraved 'SHO' logos on the sides and rear of the 92-96 SHOs.  They also have a windshield decal - check their site for details.

You can also try a local sign shop. Many of them can provide the tapes to fit and offer lots of colors.

The advantage of using the tapes rather than the paint is the ease with which they can be applied. You need only to clean the area of wax and oils and apply the tape. If you don't like it or if they start looking ratty later, you can remove easily. Many public safety agencies are using pre-cut vinyl films rather than paint because of the cost and the ease of both application and removal.
